Everybody experiences depression. In fact, being depressed sometimes is unavoidable. There are a lot of factors why a person becomes depressed. It may be because of love, family problems, school problems, loss or even career trials. It is simply explained as a variation of feelings towards our journey in life. Each and every experience we’ve will be put to set into our hearts that makes us grow as an individual uniquely to relate with other people as human beings.
This is significant piece of this specific study. It is a matter of being strong as a person. It is about how you handle each trial that may come in your life that would test how far you can go to cope with sadness and depression. Life is indeed a roller coaster ride. Sometimes you are up. Sometimes you are down. And when you are down there, the only thing that matters is yourself and the people who care and love you. And when you breakdown and cry, these people who care about you’re the ones who will be there for you in times of needs.

And one great example of these people is your friends. Friends are usually the ones you can count on in times of sadness and trouble. And the one thing that they could also provide is laughter. Yes! Your friends have the capability to make you laugh. And when you laugh, you seem to forget what you’re currently going through which puts you down. Though what you may feel would not be eradicated instantly with such intervention from your friends, it can definitely help you cope with depression slowly but surely. With consistency and love, there is no doubt that you’ll cope with what makes you depressed in no time.

I stopped taking my depression medicines…? Well for starters Im in 10th grade (this is relavent) so basically, in eighth grade I started cutting myself, and it continued into ninth grade. And in December of ninth grade my dad noticed (my parents are divorced) but my mom didn’tHING about it.No therapy or meds. So naturally I kept cutting and it got really bad in about April and I attempted suicide. I only got put on meds. I was put on this medicine serequil so I wouldnt cut but it made me randomly fall asleep. And this medicine lexapro, made me SO angry all the time. I would lash out at people for no reason. So I was on 30mg of lexapro (a LOT) twenty-five (I think)mg of serequil and 150 mg of this mood stabilizer lamictal. So finally I got tired of them constantly upping my medicines, so I just stopped taking them, because they turned me into some half-asleep angry monster. And well, I was doing so well with not cutting. And then I started feeling numb again. And I cut myself last night. Deep. And I dont want to be in this rut again but I cant tell anyone. And I stopped therapy. The only reason i stopped therapy is because my mom got cancer and I didnt want her wasting her money on me. Should I start taking my meds again?
