Some humans do look weird!!lol. But you need to find a counselor and get on some therapy and some medication to help you figure out what is causing it and how to work through it. Perhaps you’ll eventually not need the meds and will be anxiety free. Just do it soon, because anxiety gets worse more manifested and doesn't go away on its own. Best of luck.
